Red Blotch-Stripe on Banded x Striped? - Whatever you call it, you're right! :-) 30g Female
I've been breeding these things for 15 years and this is probably the most obvious "het" stripe I've ever seen. As Philippe de Vosjoli noted, the striped trait is likely codominant and heterozygous stripes are typically more fully/completely striped than geckos with only one copy of the stripe gene. This gecko is essentially one of the most obvious "woulda-been-banded" gargoyles I've ever seen with the stripe gene present. On top of that weirdness, she has a decent amount of red. Great gecko for someone who has a red stripe or blotch male and wants to shoot for something a little different.
