Payment Plans
- Payment plans up to 60 days are usually accepted with 20% or more down.
- Payments and Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cannot complete your payment plan as agreed upon, let us know as soon as you can and store credit will be issued.
- We are unable to send updated pictures of geckos during the payment plan, due to limited time/resources.
HOW TO ORDER GECKOS ON A PAYMENT PLAN
Geckos you're putting on payment plan will still be available on website until this process is complete.
1. Place an order, as you normally would, for the gecko(s) you want, but stop after clicking "Place Order".
2. Text or email to let me know you've placed the order. I will then set up the payment plan on your order, which will mark your gecko(s) sold in the cart system.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT
1. Enter a quantity on this page of the dollar amount you want to pay and add it to your cart. Check your cart to make sure the correct dollar amount is shown. Example: Add 300 to your cart to pay $300
2. List the ID Number of the Gecko(s) or Your Existing Order Number (if you already have one) in the "Customer's Notes" field.
3. When making a payment towards a payment plan, you must choose "Ship With Existing Order" as the shipping option in order to waive the shipping charge at checkout.
All payment plans must be pre-approved.
- Payment plans are generally only available for orders of individually pictured geckos, and any wholesale add-ons offered with them.
- Wholesale orders are not typically eligible for payment plans unless it’s very short term.
- We aren’t always able to offer payment plans on every gecko, due to issues of rarity/demand, etc.
