This guy has a large number of porthole markings, which is probably the hardest part to actually find these days, but I see nothing that would lead me to believe the Whiteout gene is present. On the Dalmatian front, I actually believe he's a low-expression Super, but have him priced lower, as a nice Dalmatian. I would almost bet he proves out to be a Super Dal, though. ;-)
