NOT a Lilly White! The white laterals here are due to her being a homozygous Whiteout aka Whitewall. The fragmented edges of those laterals are being caused by Paper White, a gene you guys have heard me talk about that we are in the final stages of figuring out. This is a seriously high-end Phantom and she's one of the first combos of her kind.
If you're wondering - these can be used to make Porthole x Whiteout geckos - all you need is a male with Portholes (with Whiteout is even better because you'll jump straight to the crazy looking homozygous version).
