ACTUAL HOLDBACKS
These are the most expensive and nicest geckos we've ever offered without individual photos. These are actual geckos that I have set aside to grow out, in order to eventually either keep them as breeders or sell with photos later on the website. When selecting these, I generally only keep geckos from the latest generation of a particular project, meaning these are exclusively cherry-picked, cutting edge versions of our various projects. This year I ended up with a few more than I can actually grow out, so I figured I'd share the love with you guys!
HOW DO THESE COMPARE WITH ULTRA HIGH-END HATCHLINGS?
For every 50 ultra high-end wholesale geckos I ship out, there are usually somewhere between 4 and 8 of these that I'll set aside and put a holdback label on the cage. While the morphs/genes might be the same names, these typically have more of those genes or are otherwise extra special geckos that I've decided to hold back for one reason or another. This year I just ended up setting more of these geckos aside than I'll have space to grow out.
INDIVIDUALLY LABELED BY GENE
These geckos are just way too advanced not to make sure you know what you have. These will ship one per cup with a list of genes, just like we provide with geckos we sell with individual photos.
PS: Listing out the genes and cupping them individually is a LOT more time-consuming to pack and considerably more expensive to ship. For those reasons, we can only do this with the absolute nicest geckos we have to offer. We regretfully are unable to do this for our other wholesale hatchling packages.

INTENDED TO BE GROWN OUT
If you're buying these to grow out and potentially breed, you are who will benefit the most with this deal and who I had in mind when I decided to do it. These groups will inject quality and genetics into your projects/lines that will pay dividends well into the future - and if you choose not to keep a few, those will end up paying for the group.
If you're buying to resell them online or at shows, these will make a phenomenal choice, but you need to understand that geckos of this caliber are rarely offered as hatchlings because there's so much upside to selling them once they're able to be sexed and their full color and pattern is more apparent. Another thing to keep in mind is you're not going to have an unlimited (or even steady) supply of these...it may be months before we have more available, so don't sell yourself short. Selling them as fast as you can shouldn't be the goal with something that you can't immediately replace - you may as well play the long game on these.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR QUICK FLIP OR TRADITIONAL PET STORES
While anyone is welcome to take advantage, these are best suited for sellers who regularly sell to serious gecko breeders. For traditional pet stores, I would recommend larger juveniles or subadults (albeit less advanced) if you want to offer something at a higher price point. Unless you have a following of serious gecko breeders who frequent your store, just about any of our other wholesale offerings will probably serve you better. For reptile specialty stores who sell a lot of gecko related supplies and food, you may very well have the right customer base for these geckos, but you would need to grow them out if you want to sell them at their full potential.
